Product - Please indicate the name of the VMware product.
Host Name - Please indicate the host machine name. (Please enter the physical host name, not the virtual server name.)
Quantity - Number of Virtual Machines, CPU's or Instances deployed for a given product.
Entity Name - Please enter the name of the company/entity in which the host is deployed. Specifically, please note any parents,subsidiaries, etc.
Environment - Please indicate the nature of the functional environment. Examples of functional environments include Production, Disaster Recovery, Test, Development, Quality Assurance, etc.
Location (City or Country) - Please indicate the nature of the functional environment. Examples of functional environments include Production, Disaster Recovery, Test, Development, Quality Assurance, etc.
